Had a great stay here. Room was comfortable and the hotel was very conveniently located for my work commitments in downtown. Jose at the front desk was incredibly kind. Exceptional service.
My best friend and I stayed at this hotel for an event. The hotel was extremely comforting. The front desk employee (David) was amazing! He was extremely kindhearted , helpful and genuine employee. David made sure he meet our needs and provide excellent customer service. We will be returning back to this location
I really liked that they let me come in late and I didn’t have to worry about my reservation being cancelled. They were also really close to down town and I love that the parking was free too! They also knew a lot of good restaurants in the area too
My husband is a truck driver and needed a room near San Antonio with an early check in. Cassandra was super sweet and helpful. Able to accommodate our needs for parking for an 18 wheeler and early check in. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Will definitely be the hotel he stays at when he's in the area.
I would like to say I’ve been staying here every week for business for over a year and I feel very welcome and safe. It’s a very secluded location and I don’t have to worry about my truck being broken into. There is an employee named David that works at the front desk,and he is great. He always has a positive attitude and is very respectful,makes me feel welcome.
We were on a road trip back from Garner State Park and got really tired so we decided to pull over at this hotel, and we're glad we did. The lady at the front was extremely nice and our room was extremely clean it had a mini fridge and microwave and they had really good breakfast in the morning waffles eggs beans ham! Would stay here again and the price was fairly decent. We also have a service dog and they let us bring her in with no problems. They only allow service animals just FYI
Hotel was great!!! Breakfast was good had beans and tortillas and some good salsa. Front desk agents were great, the General Manager was at the front desk and was having conversation with guest. I had awesome experience
We stayed here 2 nights and they were 2 great nights. The hotel looks amazingly new, really nice, super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The people working here were very friendly and nice. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff everyone is super friendly. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back
